Commitment Policy

Trips within the US: If you need to cancel your booked trip with us, we will offer you a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee) if you submit a cancellation request 30 or more days before the start date of your trip/clinic. Please submit your request to: solguidecollective@gmail.com. If you submit your cancellation request less than 30 days prior to the trip start date, we cannot offer a refund, but will offer you a partial credit (25% of the total cost) to apply to a future trip or event.

Trips outside the US: Once you have secured your spot in one of our international adventures, we are in full crank mode to get everything dialed for you to have an amazing trip with us. So, deposits on international trips will not be refunded for cancellations for any reason, no matter how far in advance. If you have paid in full for the trip, we will offer a 50% partial credit if you cancel 60 or more days in advance, or a 25% partial credit if you cancel 30-59 days in advance. In order to offer our group clinics at such an assessible rate, we need a minimum of three participants. In the event that we haven't met our minimum for a scheduled clinic, we may cancel the event. In this case, we would let you know 2 weeks prior to the clinic start date (via email) and offer you a full credit to be used toward a future event.

Our commitment to you is to keep our offerings as affordable as possible, and our cancellation policy flexible and generous. We understand that things come up, and want to be flexible with you to ensure that you are able to make the absolute most out of your trip with us. It is also of utmost importance to us to operate with integrity, and expect you to do the same. If you book a trip with us, please ensure that you make it a priority to uphold your commitment to participating.
